These are a starting point, not legal advice. Have them checked before you open the shop, and put your trading name, registered address and company number in below.
A 3D-printed model of a route, mounted on a printed Record carrying the details you supply, and set in an A4 wood frame. Each one is made after you order it and to the details you entered.
Before anything is printed you receive a proof showing the Record exactly as it will be produced. Corrections at that stage are free and unlimited. Once you approve the proof - or once 7-10 working days have passed without a reply - it goes to print as shown.
You may cancel any time before you approve the proof, for a full refund. After approval the item is personalised and made to your specification, and under the Consumer Contracts Regulations the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specification or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Photograph it and email us within 14 days. We replace it, and we pay the postage both ways.
The file you upload is used to build your model and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to train anything. Ask and we delete it, along with the model built from it.
Models are described by their geography - the city, the mountain, the pass - and are not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any race organiser. Wording you supply for the Record is yours, and you confirm that you have the right to use it.
Dispatched within 3-5 working days of the proof being approved. Delivery times after that depend on the postal service and the destination.
