Most people can't. In Strava, open the activity on a computer, click the three dots under the title and choose Export GPX. On Garmin Connect, open the activity, click the gear icon top right, then Export to GPX. Apple Fitness and Nike Run Club need a third-party exporter - or find your race in the standard list instead, where no file is needed.
That is normal and usually harmless - the route is drawn as it was recorded. If the jump is large enough to spoil the disc, the preview will show it, which is the point of building it before you pay.
Yes. Leave the time blank, or put "FINISHER" in it. If you have not run it yourself and cannot get the GPX, buy a standard model - the route is the course, and all you need is the name and the date.
The disc is 150 mm across and about 12 mm thick at the rim. The Record is A4, which is the size the design was drawn to, and it comes set in an A4 wood frame - so it hangs on a wall or stands on a shelf straight out of the box.
No. The frame is the product: the model is mounted on the Record and the Record is fitted into an A4 wood frame here, by hand. Nothing to assemble and nothing to take to a framer.
Close, not exact. Screens are lit and paper is not, and the orange in particular sits slightly warmer in print. The filament colours are what they are.
3-5 working days for a standard model, 7-10 working days for a custom one - unless the route needs a hand, in which case we will email you.
No - the trophy is the product, and the print files stay in the workshop. If you want the model for your own printer, email us and we will talk about it.
Email hello@trphy.co.uk with your order reference. Anything wrong on the Record can be fixed free before it is printed, and that is what the proof step is for.
